SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
YACOLT TOWN COUNCIL
Monday, November 30, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.
You are hereby notified that the Yacolt Town Council will meet on Monday, November 30, 2020. This notice is given pursuant to RCW 42.30, because the meeting will be held outside the Council’s regularly scheduled meeting dates and times. This Special Meeting of the Town Council will be called to order at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be open to the public.
Agenda: The Town Council will conduct a workshop on the Town’s 2021 annual budget, and may meet in executive session to consider the purchase of real estate and potential sites for acquisition under RCW 42.30.110(1)(b), and/or to meet with its Attorney to discuss potential litigation matters involving the Town under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i).
The meeting will be a virtual meeting conducted via video and telephone conferencing using the GoToMeeting platform.
