Resolution #471

A RESOLUTION FOR THE TOWN OF YACOLT WASHINGTON FOR THE INTENT TO ANNEX PARCELS #279511000, #279449000, AND #279490000 INTO THE TOWN LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF YACOLT.

WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Yacolt, Washington is in regular session this 6^th day of February, 2012, and

WHEREAS, the members of the Town Council have had notice of the time, place, and purpose of said meeting;

WHEREAS, it is the intent of Town of Yacolt to annex the following parcels:

            Parcel #279511000 #94 Section 35 T5N R3EWM (3 acres)

            Parcel #279449000 #24 Section 35 T5N R3EWM (1.81 acres)

            Parcel #279490000 #73 Section 35 T5N R3EWM (2.68 acres)

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Yacolt, Washington that the Town of Yacolt precedes with annexing the above parcels.
