According to Yacolt Municipal Code [YMC] 10.25 only riders with a valid drivers license (age 16 or older) may operate WATVs in the town limits, and only when the WATV is properly licensed and registered as described by Washington State Law. All other traffic laws apply.

Clark County Animal Control and the Town of Yacolt have an inter-local agreement that asks all residents to contact Town Hall to report dogs at-large, cat problems and any other abuse or neglect. Clark County Animal Control is the law enforcing agency.

Yes, there are public restrooms in the Yacolt Town Park. The restrooms lock automatically, however due to weather, vandalism or damage the restrooms may be locked at any time.
